Throughout your project, Sidekick will provide you bite-sized, task-based advice to help ensure you have a positive and productive experience as a project partner.
If you can spare an hour, however, we strongly recommend you check out PERT's Mindset Toolkit for Mentors developed by PERTS in partnership with MENTOR. Originally used by Americorp Civic Year, it provides a succinct, interactive online course that trains skills useful for anyone in a mentorship position.
You'll learn more about important learning mindsets, especially the Growth Mindset, and how to interact with young adults in developmentally-appropriate ways that support these mindsets.
